1) Review added by John & Rachel Herrmann / 03-23-2008 (id 5734) | Stepping into Kingfish's Antiques is time-traveling at its best, transporting visitors to a world when homes were more than houses, when furniture was solid, stable and lovingly craftted, and when proprietors were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and low-key. Whether you're merely in search of a calming atmosphere or that special occasional piece, or a roomful of well-wrought furniture that will bring your home balance and peace, you can't surpass Kingfish's.

They have a great eye for tasteful pieces for any size home or room, and just browsing makes you want to redecorate an entire space.

3) Review added by Scott Crawford / 03-11-2008 (id 5635) | From the moment you walk in the front door, time seems to rewind by the decades. The beautifully restored log home is a perfect setting for some of the finest antique items I have seen in a long time. Mary and Rick treat you like family and never pester folks to buy. They enjoy the company and enjoy sharing their many items with all who enter their shop. A very relaxing atmosphere!

4) Review added by J K Perdew / 03-08-2008 (id 5617) | If you like history, come to see the beautiful restoration work the owners have done on this house. My sister and I got a big kick out of browsing antiques that we recognized - they looked like some from my grandmother's farm in Bedford (1950's).

6) Review added by E Wilson / 02-29-2008 (id 5595) | Great atmosphere in the old house, just perfect for the fine antiques being sold there. Kingfish's has excellent prices & a large selection that one does not usually find elsewhere. I highly recommend this store for all types of furniture, glasssware & brick a brack. I have spent my share of money there & the proprietors are always very helpful. They will also try to find the peice your are looking for if they do not have it in stock.
Go to Kingfish's and get HOOKED!

7) Review added by Karen Motyka / 02-29-2008 (id 5594) | The moment you step in the door you know you are in a wonderful place. The setting is perfect for the wonders of furniture and just stuff that have been carefully selected and displayed to remind us of the past and tempt us to take them home. For sure you will feel totally welcome as you wander from room to room. Rooms are full enough to make you look close, but open enough to linger over something special. This is a place you can browse, pick up a cool drink and spend time with out pressure. The only pressure is the interesting stuff priced to take home.
