If there is an employee of the month/year awarded, my vote goes to Shauna Fischer. I believe she would be the example to which others should aspire. It is a rare pleasure to have someone who displays the helpfulness, courtesy, professionalism to work with when questions arise. Truly an asset.

My banking is limited. Checking, CD’s, saving D.Box and check cashing. The Customer Service people I work with are FANTASTIC!

A couple of years ago my MAC/Debit Card was stolen. Over $500 was deducted over a short time by a store in PA which I knew nothing about. I will be forever greatful for the kind and courteous help while I tried to find out why my checking account was being depleted and I never used my card as a debit card and never believed such a crime could happen to me. CNB credited my account and helped me through a difficult time.

When I had a problem reconciling my bank statement, one rep. spent over an hour assisting me. She was courteous, pleasant and patient. She went beyond the call of duty!
