I wanted to take a minute to tell you how pleased we are with the Eliminator-now that we've had it for 6-7 months and just completed our first "cleaning" of the system! First, the system does exactly what you said - all of the sulfur odors we had have been eliminated (no pun intended). The reduction was noticeable within a few hours of installing the system. As we used the hot water already in the tank all odors were gone. Second, when the system needed cleaning (after 6 months) it was obvious because we began to notice a very slight odor again. The cleaning was much easier than I expected. The thing that surprised me the most was the amount of "gunk" on the Eliminator. Bottom line-the system works better than we imagined. It was far more affordable than the first filtration system we had installed.

For 40 years we were hit with the smell of rotten eggs when we walked in the door of our little country church. In less than 24 hours after the Eliminator was installed, the rotten egg smell was gone and our hands did not smell when we washed them. It is like a miracle. Our iron content was off the scale and my wife had to scrub our fixtures everyday. We began to notice a difference within the first few days but the iron was so heavy that the Eliminator would clog up within a week. We needed to clean the Eliminator weekly. After 3 months and a lot of patience, our water is now crystal clear with no iron residuals. Our fixtures now need normal cleaning and the shower curtain is not red for the first time since we moved into the home. After 2 years I am cleaning the system about every two months and the water is getting better all of the time. A small price to pay.
