I received a country ham as a Christmas gift and went to Tony's Butcher Block to see if they might slice it for me. Considering that it was purchased from another store I wasn't certain. To my surprise Tony was not only quick to slice it at a reasonable price, he also shared with me how to prepare the ham slices before frying in order to decrease the salt content.... This might seem like a small thing to some, but I thank Tony for a job well !

Everything at Tony's is the best. Treat yourself to one of the hot dishes soon (Thurs, Fri and Sat).
