After totaling my beautiful truck, I was worried that my insurance was gonna force me to use all secondary parts. When I spoke with Mr. True, he assured me that he would do all that he could to make sure I would receive all genuine parts. This put me at ease. And True to his word & name, I did. Mrs. True even took her valuable time to answer my many silly questions re: the parts I would be buying. I write this most of all because they showed me that they understood my dilema & that they cared enough to treat me as a valued customer. Bumper to Bumper is the first auto accessory dealer I ever met who really does care about complete satisfaction. Thanks B-2-B
