Trickling Springs Dairy Products
Our milk is supplied by Trickling Springs Creamery, a local all natural, grass-fed dairy farm. Some of the farmers are Certified Organic by Federal Standards. The milk is chemical free, no antibiotics, no synthetic hormones, no rBST. it’s absolutely all-natural milk!
We carry the Cream line and Homogenized milk. All the milk is pasteurized, making it safe for you to drink. In Cream Line milk, the cream naturally rises to the top of the bottles forming a “Cream line” whereas, in Homogenized milk, the fat molecules are broken up. This prevents the body from disposing of the fat efficiently. This process also keeps the cream from separating and coming to the top, making it convenient to use.
The milk comes in bottles as well as plastic. The glass bottles protect the natural taste of milk better than cartons and plastic containers, and glass bottles will also allow the chill from the coolers to reach your milk more quickly. One glass bottle can save forty plastic jugs from filling up a landfill!
Whole, Non-Fat, and Chocolate Milks are available. We also carry eggs, goat milk, goat cheese, Homogenized milk, ice cream, butter, raw mild cheese, and yogurt.
