About us,

Kari Coen is a talented artist, she has made several exceptional works, some of which are in the store itself.  She was borne and raised in the small town of Pine Grove, after High School she recieved her Degree in Secondary education with a major in art at Fairmont University From 2001 to 2008, Kari taught art at Valley High School in Pine Grove,WV. She then moved to Iager, WV to teach there, due to the local disinterest in art, she has moved to where she is now, here in Berkeley Springs as Warm Springs Middle School’s Librarian Tech.

Jeremy Reese is a member of the National Guard, and is a member of the United States Army Signal Corps.  He is currently assigned to the 620th Sig Company in Weston, WV.  Jeremy has had experience in business management as acting Materials Manager while working for Installation Solutions Inc.

CIB is a Christian networking group that meets the first and third Wednesday’s of each month at Heatherfield’s Restaurant, Holiday Inn, Foxcroft, Martinsburg, WV.

Agenda:
Lunch - 11:30 am - 12:00 pm (Lunch is purchased individually by attendee),
Meeting - 12:00 - 1:00 pm

On the first Wednesday of each month a pastor from a local congregation brings a 10 minute devotion. The third Wednesday is reserved for one member to give a 10 minute presentation of their business.

Business cards are exchanged, and businesses are encouraged to meet before or at the conclusion of each meeting for networking. Praise and prayer requests are shared among the group, then posted on facebook.

Tammy Leatherman, MSN, APRN-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) providing health and wellness services at Martinsburg Family Healthcare. A Nurse Practitioner is a registered nurse (RN) who has completed advanced education (a minimum of a master’s degree) and training in the diagnosis and management of common medical conditions, including chronic illnesses. Nurse practitioners provide a broad range of health care services. They provide some of the same care provided by physicians and maintain close working relationships with physicians. An NP can serve as a patient’s regular health care provider. Nurse practitioners see patients of all ages. The core philosophy of the field is individualized care. Nurse practitioners focus on patients’ conditions as well as the effects of illness on the lives of the patients and their families. NPs make prevention, wellness, and patient education priorities. This can mean fewer prescriptions and less expensive treatments. Informing patients about their health care and encouraging them to participate in decisions are central to the care provided by NPs. In addition to health care services, NPs conduct research and are often active in patient advocacy activities. Because the profession is state regulated, care provided by NPs varies.

RV: Falling Waters Campsite is a 50 site RV park that has been owned and operated by the Leatherman family since it opened in 1962. Located only 1 mile from Interstate 81 Exit 23 in West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle, we are primarily oriented to RV travelers looking for a safe, quiet place to spend the night. We are BIG-RIG friendly and have 20, 30, and 50 amp power at all RV sites, as well as cable TV and free Wi-Fi wireless internet. Over half of our sites have sewer hook-up and are pull-thru as well. Tent sites are available in a shady area along a small stream. RESERVATIONS: In order to best accomodate our traveling customers, we offer a “Call Ahead Camping” system in lieu of traditional advance reservations. Simply call us within 24 hours of your expected arrival and we will put your name on any available site. We are able to accomodate our campers 99% of the time in this manner. PROPANE GAS SERVICE: Falling Waters Campsite is one of the leading re-fillers of portable propane cylinders in Berkeley County and the surrounding area. With one of the most modern and well apointed propane filling stations found anywhere, we handle a volume of propane that assures our customers that they are buying at the best price. All of our re-fillers are trained and certified.
