MARTINSBURG:  Grand Opening Sneak Preview of Tobin’s Banquet Hall, Saturday, Februrary 13th.  Bslrnyinr’d Finnrt, Fsnvr & Karaoke.  Open to the public.  Buffet style dinner served from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.  Menu consists of Roast Beef & Turkey with all the trimmings, and includes salad bar.  Entertainment starts at 8:00 p.m.  Take 2 Karaoke & DJ.  Cash Bar available.  No cover charge.
