Relax! Refresh! Rejuvenate!   Nestled in the heart of Berkeley Springs is one of the areas first Bed & Breakfast and Italian Restaurant’s with banquet facilities, and an elegant chapel suitable for retreats.

Originally begun as a small pizza shop in 1971, Maria’s has evolved into one of the most unique and original places of destination in the world.  Not only will you learn of the B&B, restaurant, group and banquet facilities, but you will also discover a spiritual world unlike any you have ever experienced.  You see, Maria is Italian for Mary, in this case “Ave Maria”.  Maria’s Garden & Inn, through the graciousness of many guests houses icons, statues, grottoes, first class relics, and religious memorabilia of the Virgin Mary from the world over.

Maria’s Garden offers guests a quaint and comfortable Bed & Breakfast Inn. Amenities range from claw-foot tubs, hardwood floors, front porch with swing, cable TV, air conditioning, whirlpool tubs, private showers, and gas fireplaces.

Guests enjoy a full country breakfast served in the Garden Room where you will enjoy the Garden in the spring, and fireplaces in the winter.

Peg Perry’s culinary talents have become world-renowned and are just the answer to excite your taste buds. You may choose from three separate dining rooms to partake of the many delectable dishes.

We invite you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and delicious Italian food while sitting in our garden or one of our spacious dining rooms.  Also, you can stay in one of our well kept contemporary or victorian style rooms. 

Maria’s Garden is also close to many tourist attractions that draw people to the Berkeley Springs area.
