West Virginia University offers nearly 25 degrees online and off-campus in the Eastern Panhandle through Extended Learning. These programs are designed for the adult learner. WVU has offered graduate programs in the area for more than 30 years and now has a growing number of online undergraduate options for working adults.

Two days of classes will focus on using recycled and natural materials. Papermaking, basketry, and mini rag rugs are a few of the offerings. Information from non-profit organizations, including Trinity United Methodist's Social Ministries, the Potomac Valley Audobon Society, and Berkeley County Solid Waste Authority, will be available during the event.

Shepherdstown, WV -- Goose Route Arts Collaborative has issued a Call for Performing Artists for its New Live Arts (NLA) programs in April and May. NLA is an opportunity for performing artists of any genre to show new works and works-in-progress in an informal setting.
