MARTINSBURG, WV — Eleven outstanding art students from Shepherd University have been selected to exhibit their work at The Arts Centre for one day only – Saturday, April 5. Shepherdstown, WV -- Want to learn Spanish? Or brush up on rusty skills? A 10 week session will be offered Tuesday evenings, 6:30-7:30 pm, in Shepherdstown.
