I was looking the other day for furniture wall straps. I looked everywhere and could not find them. I did eventually find them at a store in another state. It drove me crazy. Then I got to thinking. Wouldn't it be great if I could put an ad either on a website or in the paper for free asking for what I was looking for.
This really would have come in handy when I was getting married. I called ten places to see if they were suitable to hold my wedding reception.
Think of all the time I could have saved if I just placed an ad in the paper asking for all establishments in the area that had availability for my reception date to contact me. Have them forward their price, location, how many they could seat, etc. Like you would for a job listing.
You know now that I think about it, I bet I could place an ad in the paper or even on this website for something wanted. Why it cannot be any different then a wanted ad to fill a job position.
