One of our goals for 2007 was to make inthepanhandle.com more user-friendly. One way we hoped to achieve that goal was to provide better support.

Today, we've taken a step in that direction by adding Live Chat Support to the site. Visitors can now chat with inthepanhandle.com support by visiting the Live Chat page. (note - Live Chat is currently available only through this blog entry but will soon be available through the navigation menu as well.)

When you visit the live chat page, a chat window (similar to an IM - instant messaging - window) will open and check to see if Support is online. If support is online then you can begin chatting with them. If not, you can leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We hope this will be an easy way for you to contact us with any questions, comments or suggestions about the site.

Initially, Live Chat will only be available M-F, 8am to 4pm.
