I was recently looking for a place that a couple of my friends, moms like myself, could go and have a good time. You know get out of the house. We all received our stimulus checks and have cash to spend. Oh, it didn't matter what kind of fun we had, as long as it was cheap, local and had food. I called around to several places trying to find what was out there. The usual stuff, the who, what, when, where and how's. You think I was asking for trade secrets. It was like pulling teeth. I didn't ask any hard questions. Just when are you open, do you have ample parking, do you serve food, where are you located? I called one place because they had this really nice website and I was interested in some of the services that they offered. The person on the phone was very allusive. She didn't know what I was taking about; she didn't know anything about the service I was inquiring on. I then asked if I could talk to her manager, she told me she was the manager. Well we are not going to there and boy am I telling all my friends about your establishment.
All right, here is your wake up call. If you own a business, it could be retail, a service, or a restaurant, it doesn't matter and your staff doesn't know about the what, when, where and how's you better believe its not going to be good for your business. Word travels fast, especially when I tell my friends, neighbors, my mailperson and anyone else that will listen. I might even blog about it on the web and we all know once its on the web its there forever.

No longer in buisness
The buisness is no longer up and running, or at least that I am aware of. I tried calling them today to follow up and I drove by it during "buisness hours" and the parking lot was empty. It is now one of many buildings that sits vacant in Berkeley County.

What was the name of that business again?
Why do businesses make it so hard? Especially when you contacted them!!!
Was this a well established (complacent) business?
