Need a Job / Need Workers?

Free service from inthepanhandle.com allows businesses to post their job listings and accept resumes.

After much time and hard work we can finally announce our newest free service - local Job Listings.

inthepanhandle.com Local Job Listings Page

In the second quarter of 2007 we added the ability for businesses to post job openings to their Free or Paid listing. This was a nice feature but was basically unusable to the end user who had no way of finding the jobs without having to go listing by listing checking to see if there were jobs available. There was no central location to see all of the jobs at once. All of that has changed with our new local job listing page.

The new local job listing page, which can be found by mousing over the 'Local' menu and clicking on 'Local Jobs', features two ways to find a job. 1) It lists all jobs in a 'List View' which you can browse or 2) There is a search box which allows you to search based on your own search terms (the search box searches the title and description to find any relevant results).

Once you've found the job that you want to apply for - simply click on the title and you are taken to the job listed on the business listing. There you will see details of the job including a description, salary, contact person, contact information and the ability to submit a resume.

There are currently jobs listed for Commissioned Sales Person, Graphic / Web Designer and Manager Trainees.

All businesses listed in inthepanhandle.com can add available jobs to their listing. The number of jobs that can be listed are dependent upon their advertising package: Free - 5 job listings, Basic - 10 job listings, Advanced - 25 job listings, Premium - 50 job listings.

If your business would like to start adding available jobs to the inthepanhandle.com local jobs page, simply log-in to your account or contact Firebrand Media (304) 839-9283 to add your business or retrieve your account information (username / password).

We think this free service will be a great benefit to not only businesses but the community in general.
