Customer Service Seminar Offered
BizTech and the Small Business Development Center (SDBC) of Blue Ridge CTC are joining forces and providing a workshop for business owners, supervisors and employees to learn how to improve their customer service skills.
The workshop will be held on Wednesday, September 26th from 8 — 9:30am at BizTech, 150 E. Burr Boulevard, Kearneysville. Pre-registration is required and there is a $25 fee, which includes a continental breakfast. To register, call (304) 260-4385 or (304) 728-3051 ext. 252 by September 21st.
