Come join Main Street Martinsburg and the Art Centre in the 2nd Annual Palette Project~ large multi-medium project that will be on public display in Downtown Martinsburg for the Summer Months. While this alone will not revitalize downtown, it can be a catalyst to bringing art downtown, it can stimulate public discussion and it can showcase your personal talents.
