Berkeley Community Pride will be collecting used phone directories again this year from area business’s for recycling. The benefits for your business are threefold; by recycling old books you’re relieving the strain on area landfills, the recycled paper is used to produce new paper which saves natural resources and proceeds from the recycled pulp go to Berkeley Community Pride where they are used to promote a cleaner community for us all.
This year there are five dates available for pick up or drop off. You can schedule a pick up at your business Tuesday, April 15, Thursday, April 17, Tuesday, April 22or Thursday, April 24 during regular business hours. Or you can drop your books off at Quad/Graphics, Inc. April 21 or April 25from 2pm until 5pm or at
